Rob is a native Texan born in Tarrant County. He has resided in Oak Cliff for 9 years. After starting his own design firm in 1997, Rob has worked on numerous projects in Texas, nationally and internationally. From a pied à tier in New York to a Kerville ranch house, he has designed both residential and commercial projects. The home he shares with Todd Fiscus, his partner of 13 years, has had the interior and exterior featured in separate multi-page spreads in Better Homes and Gardens in 2003 and 2004 respectively. Locally, in addition to several residences, Rob created the initial design concept for the Gypsy Tea Room, a popular entertainment venue, and has been a consultant on several hospitality establishments. Currently he has designed a home collection for Forty Five Ten that includes furniture, upholstery and lighting. Rob brings his love of both high and low brow together in his creatively festive design for Tillman's Roadhouse. < back
