About Tillman’s Roadhouse
In 1992, seasoned sous chef Ricky Tillman and his wife Sara opened a quaint New American restaurant in the urban artist alcove of Oak Cliff called the Bishop Arts District. Then called Tillman’s Corner, the warm & inviting at-home vibe attracted patrons from all corners of DFW who craved Ricky’s modern spin on comfort food and Texas tradition.
Today, our restaurant has a new name – Tillman’s Roadhouse – but owners Jeffrey and Ross Kollinger continue to carry on the Tillman legacy of friendly neighborhood service and innovative savory cuisine. Led by Executive Chef Gerald K. Smith, we are a modern spin on the classic roadhouse, offering regional-inspired Texas tastes.
